UHP Waterjetting Services

Using 40,000 PSI waterjets provide an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to abrasive blasting in many applications. The high velocity waterjets wash away coatings and many chemical contaminates while preparing the surface to be recoated. Automated vacuum attached equipment eliminates the need for scaffolding and complete containment on vertical and horizontal surfaces. Because waterjetting does not create airborne dust, surface preparation can occur with no effect to other activities. UHP Projects has also developed automated equipment to eliminate the exposure of personnel to harmful chemicals and contamination.

Concrete Remediation and Decontamination Automated equipment for decontamination of concrete slabs and concrete etching / cutting. A vacuum attached rotating nozzle assembly indexes over a 7' wide path to remove coatings, contamination, spoiled concrete, etc. Traverse speeds can be adjusted to provide the level of cleaning desired. Handtools can also be used to etch areas that require new concrete tie-ins.

Lead Abatement Services UHP Projects is a certified Lead Abatement contractor with proven results on many government remediation projects. By utilizing UHP waterjetting techniques, we offer reduced environmental hazards, lower waste disposal costs, improved re coating results, and lower costs. UHP Projects, Inc. has developed filtration trailers specifically designed to remove Lead particulate from the effluent water rendering the water non-hazardous

Structural Steel

UHP Projects can provide a variety of services to clean and recoat steel structures. We are well versed in containment and access requirements. Services include both interior and exterior applications. We can recommend procedures which will eliminate abrasive contamination to surrounding areas and equipment.
